      <image:caption>One of the more interesting behavioral findings from this project was that female sparrows exposed to breeding levels of estrogen ate more. Rodent research has mostly shown the opposite - high estrogen associated with lower feeding. This means that the effects of estrogen on feeding could be species specific, or might depend on whether an animal breeds seasonally or year-round.</image:caption>
